i have a B20A5 block from an 89 prelude SI. will a set of GS-R V-TEC heads bolt up to this block to make a frank motor?

Those blocks are pretty weak, i would not even bother trying. They are not going to be able to handle the revs you need to make power with a VTEC head.
Spoon used to sell a 2L stroker kit using that crank, but they discontiued it becuase of probelms

the true frankenstien motor is the 2.3 bottem end with a 2.2 head
but if your doing the 2liter get it from the crv and theres some work you still have to do and there 2 different engines to chose from and one you have to rebuild the bottem end to fit the head
